To Whom it May Concern,

I have known Bruce and Nicole for over twenty years. Not only have I watched them excel at everything they do but have long admired their artistic ability. Bruce and Nicole are two of the nicest people I have ever known.

My son Nathan is 5 and has A.D.H.D. We had some professional pictures done years ago when he was much smaller but have been unable to capture him on film for the past two years. His school picture this year was a disaster. After watching Bruce and Nicole post photos online of their work, I jumped at the chance to let them photograph Nathan.

We met at a small park, and truely I was prepared for the worst. Nathan tends to be difficult and does not follow direction well. Bruce took the time to get to know Nathan, talked to him, caught his interest by letting him take some pictures of flowers, and talking about the frogs and the ducks.

When it seemed that Nathan was comfortable, in a very interactive manner, the photo session began. Nothing was ever forced, he communicated the whole session with Nathan by seeing what Nathan wanted to do.

Nathan had a ball, the pictures are incredible. There was no rushing, just very laid back, and friendly. The whole session was very comfortable, yet professional. The end result, amazing. The pictures are not department store photo’s. They are artistic, creative and very tasteful.

I would highly recommend Nicol Photography, LLC to anyone who wants quality work done, with a friendly atmosphere.

Senior Picture - Alliance, OH

While picking up her son's images and reviewing them, Lisa told us that she was SO pleased with our services - from the sessions that we photographed her son (1 indoor and 1 outdoor session) to the projection slideshow and selection of her images, especially his printed portraits. She will be back with her daughter, who was a sophomore at the time of photographing her son, to have her senior portraits done with our studio.

Engagement Session - Youngstown, OH

Lynn and Chris were married on October 17, 2009. I had the chance to photograph their engagement portraits at the Butler Institute of American Art, at the Youngstown University, where they will be hosting their friends and family members during their reception. What an amazing place to photograph at and what a great couple to photograph.

After Lynn looked at our latest revision of her engagement album online, she and her fiance live outside of Washington, DC - so travelling back and forth to our studio is not that practical. The internet is how we have been in contact with Lynn and also how we are displaying her portraits to her. No need to make an appointment with our studio - she just takes a look online when she gets a minute.
